The St. Anthony Hogs

The St. Anthony Hogs, named in honor of the area's history of farming and stockyards, is a men's amateur baseball team that plays in the St. Paul Skyline League, a Class A wood bat league featuring teams from the East Metro area. They play approximately 20 league games and 10 non-league games each summer.

The Hogs have been in existence for five years, and our mission is to provide an opportunity for young men in the St. Anthony community to continue playing after their Legion baseball eligibility expires. Over 75% of the players on the Hogs' 2008 roster played varsity baseball at St. Anthony Village High School.

The Hogs play their home games at Palm Field in St. Anthony. The Village Pub is the Hogs' primary sponsor; however, the team is also funded through player fees and private donations.
